Corporation. DeSa, along with
his investment partners, have
purchased over 100 properties
since 2004. He is a Realtor®
with Significa Realty LLC. DeSa
also acts as a property manager
for 39 residential and
commercial tenants. He is a
2005 graduate of the Pocono Real
Estate Academy and the American
Real Estate Institute. DeSa
served as an officer in the U.S.
Navy from 1997 to 2004. He
participated in military
operations in Asia, Eastern
Europe, and the Middle East, and
he is a veteran of the Global
War on Terror and The Iraq War.
DeSa graduated as valedictorian
of his high school class and has
a bachelor's degree from The
Wharton School at the University
of Pennsylvania. He is an Area

International®. The oldest of
11 children, DeSa lives in
Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. In
his spare time, he enjoys
playing goalie for his roller
hockey team in Scranton and
cheering for his beloved Buffalo
Bills.
